If you communicate with us by e-mail, any information provided by such communication may be collected as Personal Information.

(c) Illustrations Prepared, Printed, Saved and/or Deleted.The website will allow the user to prepare generic annuity illustrations, which can be saved under a user’s name by prospect or clients’ name. The compilation of data produced through the preparation of annuity illustrations will be saved by, and made available to us.

2.1 Types of Information Collected

(a) Anonymous Information.We use anonymous information to analyze our Site traffic, but we do not examine this information for individually identifiable information. In addition, we may use anonymous IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our Site, or to display the content according to your preferences. (c) Illustrations Prepared, Printed, Saved and Deleted.Statistical data (users name, prospect or clients name, type of illustration prepared, number of illustrations prepared and amount of recommended annuity premium) will be used by us to improve your experience on the website and verify compliance with the PURPOSE, TERM AND TERMINATION section of the TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT.

We will keep your Personal Information private and will not share it with third parties without your prior consent, unless such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; (b) protect our rights or property; (c) protect the rights or safety of others; or (d) enforce our Terms of Use.
